I have a solid background in Finance (honors degree in economics and MBA) and before starting to work in international companies as Finance Manager and CFO (+15 years’ experience) I also worked few years as certified accountant. Since 2005 I have been working as CFO in many digital startups and faced all the challenges that a finance department can face. Besides setting up the finance department I was ensuring that the company had smart processes also for everything administrative, legal and HR related. I was also involved in designing and setting up customer care and bad debts procedures and for many years I have been working side by side with the IT team to provide requirements for all the business processes which could have an impact on the company performance.
