About the advisor
I usually work on specific strategic goals like scaling up core processes, internationalizing a business, new market entry scenarios, investment story or finding complementary high-level team members. I work with the founders on the goal definition and deliver a document with a proposal. Then I can help with the implementation if requested.

I have been working with the IE Business School as a mentor in their accelerator IE Venture Lab for 6 years.
